This Monk is a 1970 and there are parts of the boat that need updating. In the meantime, she'll make a great condo on the water.
The Northern lights Generator is said to work as is the port engine. This has not been confirmed, as of 12/31/ 15.
The Batteries have not been charging correctly, and and would not start the engine and genset.
The starboard engine has catastrophic failure and will need to be replaced. The 4kw backup generator doesn't work either.
A recent in water survey was completed, but is not available from the buyer. The survey found deficiencies commensurate with a 1970 boat that has normal wear and tear for it's age.
