Join this great group of day sailors weekend cruisers. The Alerion is based on Nathaniel Herreshoff design of the early 1900's with a modern underbody by Carl Schumacher. With the long bench seats in the cockpit and high coaming sailing the boat sitting inside the protected cockpit is a dream. The tiller steering with the barney post for the main sheet at your finger tips one person can eaisly sail her. Not to mention the self tacking roller furling jib. For off the wind work a ASYM spinnaker will keep her moving at a nice speed. When its time to leave the slip or return the Yanmar diesel engine is just a key away. Below is two nice settees to port and starboard small galley cooler and navigation table make up the main salon. Forward below is a v-berth with a marine head to keep the ladies happy.
